The abuse of "BASICALLY" and "ACTUALLY"

There is a new trend in the communication styles heard in conference calls specially the ones with desi IT folks. Here are some rules around it

1. All sentences should start with either actually or basically for example... - "Basically what is your name ?"

2. All replies should start with either actually or basically for example..."Actually I work on Oracle ERP..."

3. When in doubt fill the sentence with actually or basically for example..."Lets look at the agenda and basically discuss those on the list.."

4. All sentences should always end with basically or actually for example..."that's exactly what I mean to say basically"

so lets look at a sample sentence..."Basically we start the project, actually we also staff it before that, then we basically start requirement gathering and actually start the execution of the project before basically moving it to production and actually getting payment for it, basically" - sounds familiar right ?

We are simplifying the life of dictionary writers.. soon the dictionary could have only two words "basically" and "actually".
